For 2018, the Minnesota Amber Alert Fundraiser committee has developed a route through western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota. Food and drink specials will be provided along the route (present your wristband).
Our first leg of the 2018 route takes us south out of Cottage Grove through Prescott, WI and East on US Highway 10 through Ellsworth and south to Vino in the Valley.
The second leg departing Vino in the Valley takes riders south on County Road A along the Isabelle Creek in Pierce County. The ride follows Wisconsin 35 north into Hagar City to our second stop, Bluffs Bar & Grill.
The third leg for 2018 is the longest and most scenic route. Leaving Buffs Bar & Grill, participants will follow Minnesota 58 south and along County Roads 5, 2, 3, and 7 in Goodhue County. A quick pass through the city of Goodhue takes us northbound onto Welch Village Road, then Highway 61 to our fourth stop, The Trophy House in New Trier, MN where free pulled-pork sandwiches and water will be available. Any donations will go directly to MN Amber Alert.
Our fourth and final leg of the route takes us a short way to Hastings, MN and on back to the Cottage Grove VFW. Both riders and the Hastings PD look forward to our police escort through town. If you haven’t experienced this, it’s worth the wait to the end of the day! We anticipate arriving back at the Big Red Barn (VFW) around 6:15pm.
Stick around for a silent auction, dinner, and raffles that all help support our cause!
Please contribute to the Minnesota Amber Alert Fundraiser. Money collected goes directly to the Minnesota BCA, and is used to help fund the Minnesota Amber Alert system.
